Anyone have feedback on SNUBA excursion?

My family of three will be on Harmony in March.  Has anyone done the SNUBA excursion offered through Royal Caribbean?  My husband and I are both SCUBA certified, but we thought this might be fun for our 11 year old son.  Of course I'm wondering if it is well run, decent equipment, interesting underwater things to see, etc.  Thanks!
