Hong Kong late February, contrast to US and how they let all the returning people fester for hours.  What 48 hours later they suggest no gatherings larger than * and continue to not exercise any national direction even though a state of emergency has been declared and State governors are pleading for national mandate, nothing

 

Oh here is how American citizens traveling from hot spots all over the world and now dispersed all into the country stood for hours.  

 

I'd say they are most clearly listening to the guidelines and don't care much for using mask at all.   Hmm,  so we have a global disasters ala Italy already ?
