Grand Princess Excursion times in Cozumel?

Can anyone who has info about GP's "Columbia and Palancar Reef Snorkel" in Cozumel advise about this excursion's times with the revised port schedule of 7AM - 5PM?

The Princess web site is still showing 12:30PM-5:30PM.

 

Also, there is a taxi fare chart for PDC that shows the fare from PDC to Xcaret at 80 pesos, or @ $8 USD. Is that about right?
