wvacations Posted March 23, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2020 NCL told me last week I had to wait until March 23 to apply for a refund for my March 14 Star cruise that was canceled. I keep being told that I have to go to the link on the letter I received on the 23rd. I don't have a letter. We were already in the ship when it was cancelled because the canceled cruise was part of our B2B cruise. Finally an agent sent me an email, but the link just goes to a page that says I have to wait for the 23rd. If anyone can post the link I wold appreciate it.
