You actually got back over a week before the "S" hit the fan. We were on Horizon's March 7-15 cruise. About halfway through that is when we started learning that the country was going crazy. News of school closings, battles over toilet paper, one member of our group got word from her work that she'd have to self-quarantine when we got back, etc. It was unbelievable. Everything was calm when we left, then we had only been gone five or six days and everything/everyone went crazy. The mood onboard didn't change, though. No one worried about it. Everyone just went on having fun. That was Horizon's last cruise before the shut-down. It was so weird coming back to an empty terminal.

We did the Horizon 8-day March 7-15. Our first elegant night was originally scheduled to be on night 2, but it got moved to night 3 because our itinerary was changed. We lost Grand Turk and it was replaced with Nassau. Since that's closer, we got there on day 2, so they moved the first elegant night to our first sea day (day 3). The second one was on night 7.

Your first will probably be on night 2, but not sure about the second one. It's typically 2-3 days prior to the end of the cruise. It won't be on the last night.
