Refund travel agent

Hi just a question 

If you booked through a travel agent they have to

 apply for a refund or can I fill in the refund form hoping that the refund goes directly to me not the travel agent

Either you or your agent can request the refund, which will go back to whoever paid.  So if you paid your travel agent and they paid NCL, then they will get the refund.  Most travel agents do a pass-through if you are using a CC, where they use your credit card to pay, so if you used a credit card, look at your statement to see what merchant is listed.
