What dining room is for Your Time on the Vista?

I know sometimes it’s just the 2 nd level on some ships, just wondering about the Vista

There are two main dining rooms onboard Carnival Vista – Reflections and Horizons. The aft dining room, Horizons, is used for ‘your time dining’, while the midship dining room, Reflections, is used for set dining times at 6 PM and 8:15 PM.  I’ve seen both levels of the dining room used during your time dining.
