Free drinks anywhere on the ship

I received a casino offer that includes free drinks for anywhere on the ship.  Usually it's only in the casino.  Is this just like "cheers" where we can take advantage of water and specialty drinks?  Limit of 15 per day?  Does anyone know?

Sounds like what you get on an Elite cruise.  When we got this offer (on an Elite cruise), it included the specialty coffees, sodas & water in addition to the alcoholic drinks - and was good at any of the bars.  I think the 15/day limit on alcohol was in effect, but can't say definitely 'cause I'm not a heavy drinker and never came close to that number.
