Still waiting for my FCCs

MY May 11 Alaska cruise tour cancelled on April 10.  I've yet to be notified . Each time I call I get a different excuse. My friend on the same cruise had her credits on April 14.

This is so dumb.

I can beat that.  I cancelled my April 18 cruise on March 10.  The CruiseNexts reposted almost immediately.  Still waiting on FCC to post.  All they can tell me is that it's "pending".
