UKLloyd Posted July 18, 2020 #1 Share Posted July 18, 2020 Hey, I hope everybody is well. We have just booked our first cruise with Carnival for mid October next year. When I try to reserve something (chefs table) on the manage my booking page, It doesn’t give me the option to add anything at all into my cart. I have tried to add different things, even the Cheers package. However the cart button remains greyed out. Have searched the forums and previous issues show the cart wouldn’t allow people to check out, However I couldn’t find anything for my specific issue. Wasn’t sure if it’s a case of Carnival blocking everything due to the Covid situation or if it’s an IT issue. Can anybody help? Appreciate your time and hope you all stay safe. Thanks.
