Only trouble is I can't find the code anywhere in the email, not as an attachment or in the body of the email, anyone have any ideas where it is lol. The code is an image, so is it possible your email client is blocking images for security reasons? For the record I applied for refunds using the two codes and got them processed quickly. mike x ftc Posted July 31, 2020 #6 Share Posted July 31, 2020 We've just had ours for our cancelled Sept cruise to the Fjords 😞 You can apply for the refund on line, if you go to TUI's cruise home page - right at the top there's a Coronavirus section marked with a black explanation mark - there's a refund claim form in there.
