Luvs2roam Posted February 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2006 Going to St. Martin, St. Thomas and Coco Cay on the Mariner. Banana Boat rides are not listed in the shore excursions. Does anyone know if they are offered at any of these islands and if so how do you find out about them and the prices? Thanks
Dockman123 Posted February 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2006 Sorry couldn't find anything on those islands, only on St. Kitts. Hope someone else is able to help you.
PAGA Posted February 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2006 Pretty much every time we've done a beach excursion there are vendors that will approach you to rent jet skis, banana boat rides, snorkeling, etc. Look for the "beach break" type excursions. No guarantees, but usually there are plentiful water sports vendors...
NboroGirl Posted February 11, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 11, 2006 When we were on Coco Cay years ago (our first cruise with RCCL), I saw the banana boat rides there. They looked like a blast! I don't know if RCCL had an excursion for them or what, but I do know that I saw them there. On our 2nd cruise (Disney), I made sure we signed up for a banana boat ride, and it WAS a blast! tnsunshine Posted February 11, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 11, 2006 We have booked Power Snorkel in ST. Maarten which includes a banana boat ride out and back! Looks really cool. Sailing March 18th on the Serenada.:)
EBFURR Posted February 11, 2006 #6 Share Posted February 11, 2006 Unless they have stopped recently, CoCo Cay and Labadee both have the banana boat rides. We have always signed up while on the island. They have a little hut on the beach where you sign up. Last time it was $10 per person charged to your seapass. Hope you get to go!
