Beer in Miami

Can you buy beer at Walgreen's or a grocery store in Miami or do you have to go to a liquor store? We are staying at Miami - Bayside and want to bring a collapsible cooler with beer for the cruise on the Radiance of the Seas.

Thanks for the reply. Here in Minnesota it is 3.2 beer in grocery stores. It will be nice to stop at Walgreens for pop and beer.

The Walgreen's in South Beach right across from Lincoln Road Mall does not sell beer. We had to walk down to CVS.

I happened by the Walgreens on SE 3rd street nearest the Holiday Inn this morning. They do not sell beer or wine at this location. There is a liquor store a block and a half from the HI though. ;)

The address I got for a liquor store near the HIPOM.. from BettyB2.. is

 

Here is the info on the little place VERY close to the HI bayside that we found. It was called Yagno Liquors 184 NE 3rd Avenue. Really just a 2 minute walk back to hotel from this place
