Is air included on all sailings?

Looking at South America cruise February 9, web site does not say air include and for that matter no free excursions in the offers. I thought I read that SS changed to free air on all sailings.

These inclusions (along with price increases!) begin with spring 2022 cruises as set forth in catalog issued last fall.  They were not implemented immediately to previously announced/priced cruises.

April 2022 cruise (JAPAN,on Muse)  does NOT include Air coverage, confirmed per our TA
