MartyC Posted February 14, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2006 I have had some concerns mainly about the kids program on MSC as I have been unable to confirm with MSC any details about the program. As this is extremely important to us I decided to email Mr Sasso directly and see if I could get the information .Specifically what the daily kids program is like on the MSC Opera. I received an email this evening from Robert Keesler V.P. with an attachment giving me the entire program hours and activities. I am sure you may have noticed through reading this board I have been very concerned about my upcoming MSC cruise. Based on Mr Keeslers email and MSC response I am truly impressed. By caring enough to address my concern and give me the information it shows a customer first additude. If the upper management has this focus I would suspect the lower ranks will also become more customer focused. I am now looking forward to my MSC cruise and will travel with an open mind. teejayess Posted February 17, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 17, 2006 that's because his email address is peterp@msccruises.co.uk But, to be fair, why should the MD of MSC UK reply to queries IF your booking was made in the USA, it is very much out of his jurisdiction.:)
