Igoumenitsa, Greece.

We are cruising next September for Venice to Barcelona with a stop at Igoumenitsa.  In searching, I haven't found a local tour company and wondered if anyone has any suggestions.  Thanks!

We spent a week in the Ioannini area, dropped the car, and then took the short bus ride to Igoumenitsa.

The bus took us right to the ferry.  We were going to Corfu.

 

I would be very tempted to rent a car.  Lot of places to go. In a stretch you could easily drive to Meteora.  Or drive north towards Albania.

 

The drivers are fine, the roads are good, and the signage is clear.

What you choose to do om this port  will ultimately depend on how much actual time you have as opposed to when the ship docks and subsequently departs.
