Liat Posted February 20, 2006 #28 Share Posted February 20, 2006 The previous poster was right. When we sailed on Veendam on spring break dates in 2004, even this "old folks" cruise line had 130+ children. And this is out of a passenger complement of about 1250. But HAL did a fine job with them; and we were never bothered. But we were not so sure about the RCCL ship that sailed from the next pier with 400 University of Miami seniors! Celebrity knows how many children will be on board and their ages, just as HAL did, and I am sure they will be able to provide appropriate entertainment. That being said, X is far better than its parent line in just about every respect - except rock walls.
