Has anyone stayed at the Embassy Suites Miami?

Stayed there in Aug. 2003. Hotel itself was OK; tired and needed renovation but that may have happened since 2003. The best part about the hotel was the concierge. He arranged for a van to take us to the ship -- can't remember the cost and the van was even a few minutes early. I would also take his suggestions for dinner. I remember a nearby Italian restaurant that had a limo come pick you up. The area around the hotel is not good. The restaurant in the hotel is terrible. Hope this helps.
