Past Passenger Discounts

You can get the past guest rates because you have sailed with Princess (or if you had sailed with any of the other Carnival brands). You just don't get any of the other (few) past guest perks. Sometimes you can find a good deal with the past guest rates. Good luck!

As a past guest of Princess you can indeed recieve past guest discounts on carnival on select sailings. You simply need to provide proof of your cruise with Princess. Same goes for all Lines owned by Carnival Inc. (Costa, Seabourne, HAL, Windstar, etc.)

I believe that it depends on the particular sailing. We qualified for our upcoming cruise as past guests because we previously sailed on HAL. Even though we had our Mariner ID number, we still had to send additional documentation to Carnival.
