Just to double check to make sure I am not talking out of the trash.

I am sailing on the Epic in September. I've checked over and over the policies (Sail Safe) and I think I can confirm that NCL Do not require travel insurance to sail?

They do not. CCL & RCL are only doing it for unvaccinated, while NCL doesn't allow unvaccinated at all.

I just got off the phone with Norwegian and they confirmed the following:

"We are not checking or asking for proof of Insurance to sail prior to October 31st, but we do recommend you get Insurance for your own peace of mind" - This means for those travelling against FCDO advice (if Italy/Spain are still Amber) we can still board even if our Insurance is invalidated.
