Glad to see that NCL stepped up. I’m sure that the decision will be appealed and who knows what will happen next but I give Del Rio/NCL credit for doing something the other cruise lines would not do.

I agree that Florida will likely appeal the injunction, but keep in mind that the court has to determine, among other things, that the party requesting the preliminary injunction has a high likelihood of prevailing on the merits. So this judge has already determined that NCL will most likely prevail on the merits.
