When is real cancel without penalty date? Mine was 2 years ago for this December??

Just looked at Docs for a 12/11/2021 cruise and its cancel before no penalty date is 3/24/2019?? I only booked it in May of this year.LOL

 

I verified online and in pdf. they sent. 

I will pay it before 90 days but in reality when can I cancel with out penalty for a cash refund due to their error? I know 48 hours for FCC.

 

Just wondering if they would have to refund cash even up to 48 hours due to the erroneous date they have.

My booking for 11/20/2021 has a cancel by date of 02/24/2019. A call to MSC was not able to fix this. I didn't ask the CR person what the real date was but since they are unable to fix this I'll chalk it up to another MSC mix-up of my booking.

I questioned MSC on this too.  Sailing 12/11/2021 and the date says 3/17/2019.  I'm assuming it's the normal 90 days.
