Carnival Panorama dining times and shows

It has been a long time since I have cruised on Carnival.  I am seeking some feedback for dining with food allergies and also show times.  Currently I am booked to sail in August 2022.  

 

The last time I was on Carnival having early dining allowed guests to attend both early and late shows.  Is that still the case?  If I have assigned dining can I use anytime if I miss my dining time?

Since Panorama hasn't sailed yet on the restart we have no info on times for shows or entertainment.

 

But you may only attend anytime dining if you are assigned that category - if you have early or late dining you must dine there at your assigned time or at a different venue (buffet, Guy's, etc).
