Online Check In

I am hoping someone here might have advice? I am 30 days away from my first ever MSC Crusie. Going on the Divina out of Port Canaveral. I keep checking my account and keep looking at this and it always says all mandatory guest info has not been provided. Anyone else have this issue? I have checked in for plenty of other cruises in the past so online check in is not new to me. I do not see any box left to click or put info in. Its all filled in. I called MSC and they said they cant see anything. I am not sure what else I should do at this point. It says check in must be complete 48 hours prior which I have done it but I can not get the system to say its done. What shoud I do now? I appreciate any advice

We sail in 11 days and we don't have our documents either.  I login and it says we have completed everything.  Green checks next to everything.  Then I go to edit, walk through the steps again to the end, and it says we have not completed everything and documents cannot be generated.    So frustrating.  We did do a bid upgrade and have not heard, and our current cabin is a guarantee.  Maybe they can't generate tickets until they assign a cabin?

Try these steps:

1: click on “web check in “ (top of page after you log in)

2: click “edit info”

3: scroll all the way down to “next” and click that (make sure everything was marked down before you click next)

4: you should now see an option to send yourself documents
