Princess cancelled St. Maarten Amphibious Duck Tour

The Cruise Personalizer shows the Duck Tour we booked in St. Maarten fr March has now been cancelled. Does anybody know why and can this tour now be booked at the dock? (I tried to do this online but the tour operator had an exclusive deal with Princess and they told me the only way I could book was through Princess.)

We booked the Duck Tour directly on the dock just over a year ago. They had an office right where the tender docked and we were able to pay and board the tour. This might have changed... we took the tour and loved it. It's a great and fun way to see the island.
