How do I purchase a drink package for my kids before boarding?

I am unable to purchase a drink package for any of my kids.  I can purchase a package for all of the adults, but none of the kids.  It will not give me the option.  I have been able to do this on previous cruises with MSC.  It doesnt highlight the kids name nor does it allow me to check their box next to their name.
