Cruise from Barcelona - Spanish form/app - has question about where you are staying in Spain

I have heard that the Spanish locator form, for the QR code, has a question where you put where you are staying while in Spain.  What are people putting in for those going on cruises from Barcelona if going straight to ship?

I've not done Spain but most locator forms have a cruise option that lets you put the ship. If not, I'd suggest puting the ship name and the address of the port.

I just filled mine out and put the ship name under hotel and left the address blank. I didn't see a cruise option anywhere so hopefully that will work 🤷‍♀️

EDIT: I realized that you may be referring to a different form than I filled out. I am talking about the Spanish travel health form. I am not sure if that is the same thing as the locator form.

I’ve had the same issue, I’ve travelled to Spain a couple of time so filled out the form, but it doesn’t have a cruise option, they have a separate form for arriving via cruise/ferry but no option for the address of where you stay to be a ship.

Anyone actually filled it out and had it accepted yet? I’m due to travel from Barcelona 17th October so have a little time before I need to complete it.

I just put the ship and no adress. No problems. It's accepted right away.
