Still able to move cruise funds due to Dec. protocols?

So has anyone been able to move funds lately due to the Dec. protocols? My Dec. cruise is paid for and we are not comfortable with the protocols. I am hoping to either get a future cruse certificate or move the monies to a cruise already booked for next year.

Okay, so I answered my own question. I just got off the phone with carnival. I could have moved funds to another bookings or get full refund.

You said "could have", just checking if that means you CAN still choose a refund or FCC for your December, paid in full cruise.  I have a friend that booked a December cruise with us and she's not comfortable cruising yet with the new protocols either and it's also paid before.  Just trying to search if she still has options on FCC and refund.  Thank you!
