Power strips....no go...solutions?

Seriously, why don't we all accept someone else's opinion if it is describing how they feel about their experience?

Is this forum becoming divided like the political parties of today?

It is easy to find fault with things you don't agree with.

People make suggestions and ask for opinions. Instead of trying to provide value added,  people immediately disagree with the suggestion.

Then you have those that  try to control the boards.

Why not make this more positive and try to understand we are all here to try to help each other with answers rather than criticism.

Remember, we are all interested in cruising, beating C19 and may meet on a future cruise.

Stay safe and happy cruising!

I just ordered this one - them I will be cruise ship compliant! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BHVKPC3/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also just ordered this.  Appears to be just exactly what I was looking for to harge my scooter phone and chrome book on our B2B 16 day cruise.

Been using mine for 2 days. It really works! Charges my earbuds and phone.

you found the safe & compliant item.

Why didn't you share that item on this thread?

A pic and link would have been greatly appreciated.

Sure: Set of parts: All available on Amazon:

Cable Matters, 3-Outlet Grounded 180 Degree Swivel Wall Tap, Swivel Outlet,

(I should also mention I already have a short 3' 3-wire extension cable to move this away from the desk wall adjacent 220V outlet so that is also available (If needed) - Else it might block that outlet)

[UL Listed]image.thumb.png.ab312389c498156cc3c9a71306cd0706.png;

And because I now have a USB-C Laptop to charge

USB C Charger, Anker 60W PIQ 3.0 & GaN Tech Dual Port Charger, PowerPort Atom III (2 Ports) Travel Charger with a 45W USB C Port

image.thumb.png.6b231229fb3fda4691d67089693dd20a.png

and then a small adapter to change the USB-C port to a USB-A port to provide two USB-A port capability

nonda USB-C to USB-A Adapter

I should also note that the HAL ship I just sailed on (Nieuw Amsterdam) now has 2 USB-A ports by the desk and 1 by each bedside (But took forever to charge the Laptop). Of course - Cannot guarantee that every ship we sail on will have that feature, but it was convenient  - and I can get by with just two High Power ports

Thanks for posting what you have and use.

I will stick with what I just bought as it has 3 AC and 2 USB ports.

Stay Safe! Happy Cruising!
