@LaCal - are you sure ?

On NCL website you can find information that casino, service charges and prepaid services cannot be covered by OBC given as Shareholders Benefit. During my last cruise (Sep 2021) on Epic I was also informed few hours before disembarkation that I cannot buy CruiseNext certificates for it. That is why I lost part of it.

I’ve definitely used mine in the casino
