Conquest balcony 1038

I am booked on the Conquest 8/20 and have room 1038 on panorama deck. I am wondering if this was a good choice. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can give me suggestions. Is the balcony big enough to lay out on? Since it is a higher level will it be more noisy, more movement, etc?

I am on the verandah deck romm #8260 on the conquest. Is this a good balcony room and am I near any noise at night besides the elevator?
