Ocho Rios for Jamaican Rum?

Heading there 2nd week of November and would like to hop off the ship to get  some good Jamaican Rum. Firstly is it available and secondly am I able to just hop off to grab a couple/few bottles?  I am traveling on the Norwegian Gem.
