Port Testing in Fort Lauderdale

Taking our kids on their first cruise this weekend!  It’s crazy that it is finally happening after such a long wait.

Our boarding time is 12 pm in Fort Lauderdale. Any recent updates on how strictly they are enforcing boarding times?

With the first boarding time, hopefully the lines are not too long. How long is the wait after the PCR test is done before you get the results?  Are we able to board right after that if they are negative?

Any other tips for a smooth and early boarding?

We got on in Fort Lauderdale recently and they had a different line for people who were to early. They had them wait until their time. I have heard others say differently, but I don’t remember if they were talking about FLL. Not sure about the testing stuff.
