REGINA Posted February 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2006 Never cruised RCC before and are sailing on the Grandeur out of Baltimore. In my reading it looks like sometimes it is limited other than room service. What about in the late evening after dinner but before bed???? Is there anywhere on the ship to get something to eat besides room service?
LindaandJeff Posted February 19, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2006 I haven't been on the Grnadeur, but I can assure your there is no shortage of food on RCCL based on what I read in these threads and prior cruise experience! Check a review for the Grandeur, I'm sure they will mention the food.:)
benjidog Posted February 19, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2006 On the Radiance of the Seas there was a snack bar by the pool opened til 1am. They had sandwiches, fruit plates, etc.
*erika* Posted February 19, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2006 I'm almost positive that you can get pizza/hamburgers/other snacks in the Solanium until pretty late into the night. Check out different reviews and I'm sure someone will have posted where they got their food!
cb at sea Posted February 20, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2006 If you go hungry on an RCCL cruise, then you only have yourself to blame!! Mind you, we do late seating, which means we are never able to partake of any buffets/ snacks in the evening. There are many options onboard--have fun finding them all! ckrobyn Posted February 20, 2006 #6 Share Posted February 20, 2006 I promise - you shall not want for food on an RCI ship ;)

Is there anywhere on the ship to get something to eat besides room service? Merely as an example, on the NCL Star, there was a small "fast food" rest that opened at 11 p.m. & closed at 4 a.m. There I was at 2 in the a,m. having fish & chips before going to bed. At home, I would have been asleep for 4 hours by the time I was having my snack on board ship. I'm sure the ship you're going on would have something similar.
