computer question for conquest

Are you allowed to download a camera to usb ports on the cyber cafe computers...And can you connect a usb jump drive to cyber cafe computers? If so, that would allow me to save pictures without having to take a laptop. Leaving tomorrow for NO and just trying to avoid hauling so much stuff with us.

The computers are hard-wired(?), will only allow you to access the internet/e-mail. bring your own laptop, or plenty of memory cards
