Wife has a solo cruise booked for March, and earlier today was able to call C&A D+ number to get FCC applied, and they emailed an updated booking confirmation no problem. This afternoon, I paid the remaining balance online. The automated system no longer works, so I called C&A D+ desk to request confirmation and they said they HAVE to speak with the primary guest before they can send the confirmation??? ☹️ Makes no sense to me.
