Casino offer end of cruise Rotterdam maiden voyage

Did anyone get a specific casino offer other than free play delivered to their stateroom on the last night of the cruise? I usually get a specific offer - i.e. free veranda and a list of cruises. This time I got a note with typos telling me to visit HollandAmericaplayersclub.com within 30 days. That site does not function. And no phone number to contact them.
