Sun installs mini-bars in all staterooms

We just got back from Sun cruise (2/11). Had a great time as always. Throughout the cruise the stewards were adding liquor, beer, soda, snacks to all staterooms. We were booked in an inside stateroom 4108 and had a fully stocked mini-bar by the last day of the cruise. I had family in outside rooms and balcony rooms with identical beverages in each, Our steward said this is a new permanent arrangement. Everything is inventoried and you are charged for what you consume.

What do they charge for the drinks out of the mini bar???

It appeared to be the same price as at the bar, but I did not really check it thoroughly.

I was on the same cruise. The itinerary was Costa Maya, Santo Tomas (Guatemala), Belize City, and Cozumel. We also had the fully stocked minibar, although I never used it. We ordered the bar setup ($43 for a 40 oz Bacardi Gold) and brought our own soda so we were all set.
