Clear Water Kyaking anyone?

UVAS Beach Club offers a $49 clear kayak tour including a buffet lunch and pop, no booze. They pick you up in town, 2 ppl per kayak, about 45 minutes kayaking and then stay at the club for awhile. Some cruisers said it was ok, others said all they saw was sand and seaweed. The club has a pool, change room, bar, and restaurant. They have a web site but I don't have the link anymore, you could Google them. And you can also go there yourself, $10 cab, and then rent the kayaks when you get there, if you don't want the lunch. I heard when you rent the kayaks they also include a personal guide.
