Has anyone experienced this with Star Clippers. We cancelled the cruise directly with their office in Florida with their Rep Marc B. back in early September and now 9 weeks later no refund and  no reply to several e-mails. Cancellation was done within full refund window.

I cancelled an cruise that only had a deposit on it. I was told by the Star Clipper rep that I spoke with that because "they" just had to cancel their Asia cruise season I would have to wait between 120 and 240 days for my deposit to be refunded.

 

I won't ever cruise with them again.

I booked an August  2021 cruise on Royal Clipper in March 2020.  The final payment was due on April 23, 2021 and I paid it.  They cancelled the cruise on 6/29/2021 and after several emails back and forth they finally refunded my money on 11/ 7/2021.  Their excuse was that they had a lot of cancellations to process.  I am so disappointed and angry I will NEVER book with them.  Horrible business practices.
