Seriously, what to do in Falmouth Jamaica next week?

We'll be arriving on Wednesday and are not into beaches. I would love to do a food tour but it seems they are all still suspended because of Covid. Is there any great tours, museums, or attractions that we may enjoy? Or can you recommend places that are open (and walking distance from the port so we can do our own food tour?) My greatest joy is getting to 'eat like a local'. Thanks!
