Seattle transportation with small children

We are looking for info for pre and post cruise Seattle transportation for 10 people including 2 small children.  We are looking for options people have used that provided car seats for children.  Thank You

How small are the small children? If they just need a booster, not a full car seat, the BubbleBum Portable Booster is great.

I don't have small children, but Premier Airport Shuttle always asks me how many car seats or booster seats I need when booking transportation with them. I use them to get to the airport about once every 6 weeks and I'm very satisfied with their service.
