Hi! 

 

I have a value of $750 visa rewards points that I had applied towards a cruise from May 2020 that was canceled due to covid. Royal will not allow me to use it towards my mother in laws room on our cruise in Feb. This cruise is less than the $750 and that is why they won't let me use it. The cruise cost minus the taxes, insurance and gratuities has to be 750 or more. Anyone else have this issue? They will let me use it as onboard credit but this is a 5 night cruise and we aren't really drinkers. Help!
