Sky Princess Lido Deck Cabins

I am looking at either a Mini Suite or Balcony on the Lido deck and wanted to get some reviews of the rooms on this deck. Are they to noisy? Most importantly how is the motion? They look pretty nice for access to pools and Buffet which may be nice.  Thanks for any advice and input.

Just got off the Sky less than a month ago.  Had a mini suite on the Port side in L220.  Was very quiet.  Very little motion.  Location couldn't be beat for quick access to Lido, bar, and Slice pizza.

Biggest difference between mini and balcony is mini has a tub/shower combo and a sofa to sit on. Balcony cabin only has shower and a chair in room.  Balcony is not very large for either.

If you decide on  balcony instead of a mini take a you might also look at the Sun Deck (one deck above Lido).  Just had S214 on Enchanted and loved it! So convenient and the balconys are deeper than Lido or most other regular balcony cabins.

Does anyone know if you have a third person in the Lido mini suite can the sofa be used as the third bed or does there have to be a pull down bed as the option?

The sofa would be the bed, there are no pull down beds.

We are thinking of booking L218 on the Sky - right next door to where you were.  Just wondering if you could hear any noise from chairs being moved around on the Sun deck above, that are around the Retreat pool.

No, it was very quiet.  The Retreat area is very small up there and there are only about a dozen or so chairs.
