psone Posted January 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 3, 2022 We received an email two days ago mentioning several premium dining options that are free on the Mardi Gra and to book asap for best availability. It links to: https://www.carnival.com/reserve-dining But none of the restaurants are even listed there. Am I missing something or did they send the message too soon? balcony bound Posted January 3, 2022 #2 Share Posted January 3, 2022 The "free" dining options (Chibang, Cucina) need to be reserved daily once on board through the HUB app. The upcharge restaurants you can reserve from your cruise planner page prior to the cruise. Have a great time!
SNJCruisers Posted January 3, 2022 #3 Share Posted January 3, 2022 (edited) The only specialty dining on the MG that can be reserved and paid for ahead of time are at Teppanyaki for dinner or lunch @32.00, or the Steakhouse or Rudi's Seafood Grill @38.00. Besides Cucina and Chibang, dinner at Guys BBQ is also free and they have added a daily special to their dinner options such as a 7 oz filet (sat) or a 10 oz strip (sun).
