Onboard Credit Help

So I redeemed 10,000 fun points from the Carnival Credit Card and received $100 onboard credit redemption code. Does anyone know how I can apply this redemption code to my next cruise which is on Jan 22nd? I tried calling Carnival but when I try calling there is a automated message saying wait times are too high and to try again later. Is there a way I can apply the redemption credit online? Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

I can't give you an answer to that question, but I can tell you that I learned last week if you ignore the wait time message and just stay on the line eventually you reach someone.
