Future cruise credit - what does it include?

Hi all. Does future cruise credit include the whole cost you have paid including taxes etc? 
what if you have pre paid gratuities?  Do you get that back

FCC is the amount paid for your original cruise fare only, all other costs incurred are refunded, including: tax, fees, prepaid gratuities, etc. FCC is the amount paid for your cruise fare, no other charges apply.
