That cannot be right. There is also the difference that a US cruiser has 4 years to use their FCDs but in UK when they were sold they had to be used within 1 year. LOL people in Australia and NZ have dealt with forever - its not just cruises, also computers, travel insurance, anything they can blame a small market and its hard to buy overseas.
