Does the Constellation have an indoor pool area?

Yes.  The Solarium.  Common to all M Class ships.

Also FYI that the indoor pool is salt water, unlike the outside pool or any of the hot tubs.

Was on the Millennium . Salt Water Pools are Cool!  No it's not water from the ocean being pumped aboard.  Salt is added to the pool water. A device called a  salt cell is where electrolysis takes place that converts the salt in the pool's water to chlorine. It's much better for your skin, hair coloring and bathing attire. 

Loved the Millennium's pool this past September on an Alaska cruise. The water was heated as was the atrium as you would expect. Most comfortable.

The outdoor hot tubs didn't get much use because of the cooler September air temps, but they were heated and most wonderful as well.  Loved it.
