Ruby Cabin E729…Club Fusion Noise?

Can someone tell me if the cabin E729 on the Ruby is noisy due to Club Fusion being underneath?

We were just in E725 on Ruby and heard no noise in room or hallway, however we did get some cigarette smoke smell from promenade deck below us.

I agree - noise isn’t an issue but nighttime smokos on the aft promenade will waft in via the HVAC. It’s most noticeable when you first walk in the room from the hall but isn’t usually noticeable for more than 30 seconds or at any other time. 
 

I love Emerald aft cabins and hate cigarette smoke - the balance for me is currently “grumble about it, but keep booking the cabins” - 40 days over December-January and another 30 in Feb-March, if that says anything.
